Curry Dipping Sauce

Makes 1 1/2 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons mango chutney (such as Major Grey’s chutney)
2 Tablespoon whole milk
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Mix all ingredients, chill until ready to use. Serve with Spinach Phyllo Bites or use as a quick sauce for salmon or chicken. You can also thin a bit with more whole milk and use as a salad dressing.
